I had a very disappointing experience with my blood test here, and I feel compelled to share it. This was my first time using their services, and unfortunately, it did not go well.
When I asked about the differences between the testing packages, the staff couldn’t provide a clear answer. I had to figure it out on my own. I assumed this might be due to them being new, but it still felt unprofessional.
When I received my report, I noticed that results outside the reference range weren’t properly explained. I asked what actions I should take, and I was told, “Don’t worry about it, it’s fine.” This response was far from reassuring and left me with more questions than answers.
To make matters worse, the hardcopy of my report was missing two pages. Fortunately, the PDF version had everything, but this oversight raises concerns about their attention to detail.
I strongly suggest that they improve both their staff’s knowledge and overall customer service. It’s crucial to check reports carefully before handing them to clients. Above all, they need to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and provide a more professional, thorough experience.
I hope this feedback helps them improve, but sadly, this experience was not up to standard.

Read moreI did the MEDIPremium package with an add-on insulin test on 13 Sep and received the results on 19 Sep (day 7). Happy with the prompt report but disappointed to see my add-on test missing. I reached out the same day, and only on 21 Sep (Sunday) did the clinic inform me a repeat collection was needed due to “insufficient blood.”
This explanation does not make sense. If there was insufficient blood, why wasn’t I informed earlier? My report also showed no pending insulin test, which suggests the add-on request may have been overlooked. By the time I followed up, it seemed my sample was no longer available.
Since then, I’ve had to chase the clinic twice on my refund request. They agreed but have not resolved it. It is inconvenient to travel just for a single repeat test, and I do not need hardcopy reports. On top of that, there was no ultrasound summary provided, only a verbal explanation during consult.

I did not experience pain when I did pap smear at another clinic last time. As my friend didn't experience pain, so i didn't submit any review at that time.
However, i decided to review today as my colleague faced the same experience when she went there last week and the female doctor attended to her. I am not sure if it is the same female doctor but from seems to be same from her description. My colleague also felt the process quite painful for her .
Would be good if the female doctor can be more gentle when doing the test. Their package price is affordable but i will not return to this...
