Hotel Vistaria — Hotel in Johor

Been traveling around the world and this is the worse experience I got from this staying this hotel. Air-con is very bad and noisy and electric broke down during midnight not once but many of times, called counter to check with it and been told by a staff he will come up to check but got no response after the phone call hang down so I called to check it again and ask me to wait at the end still got nothing got no response. During the last day of my stay I received a morning call and the counter staff told me that I must check out before 2pm and I must pay a late check out fee if I check out after 2pm. So I check out at around 1.20pm and the counter asked me to pay a RM30 for being late check out. I told them that I received a call and been told that I won't be charge if I check out before 2pm and I complained about the electric broke up incident and guess what? Two of their counter staffs blame the fault to other staff and told me that they're morning shift and can't do anything about it! So is this kind of service I should receive from what I paid for? You should apologize instead of blaming everything to others! And yet demand for the late check out fee. Horrible experience and definitely won't stay again! Not...

3Day2Night trip in Jb. Room 304 was opened for us. It had the standard hotel things, kettles and such,free toothbrushes,shampoo for sure. Window view not too bad either. BUT. The door which we thought can't be locked easily actually was faulty. Staff came up to help us nudge the door handle with his technique then it locked up. However,it's not that it can be locked outside that only matters because who can sleep if you can't lock it from inside as well? My friend felt really uneasy and we took turns sleeping and watching the door. Hotel was fully booked so we only gotten a new room the next day by 12pm after it was checked out. Staff did not offer to help us with carrying luggage and changing rooms. 2nd night in new room, the lights went off only in room 303. My friend was bathing and was really spooked out by this. Problem was fixed promptly but I think management needs HUGE improvement.

Anyway, call it bad luck or anything but for that price,do book at your own risk. Hope anyone else has a more pleasant experience...

Book a Queen room and stay for a night.||room size is small but enough for family of 3 .||Like the way the toilet/bathroom was locate||Strong wifi||Air con was cold or in fact very cold, had to set at 24-25 degree||Staff at the counter was nice and helpful. e.g helping me to make phone to touch n go even I did not request for it to check information for me since they were unable to answer my queries. that was a surprise||The security guard in the evening till morning were always around, so safe for parking and allow me to sleep without worries since my car was the only foreign car.||No worries for food as they are plenty around within walking distance.||Spa and other facility not a issue.||Austin water and adventure a 10 min walk over.||Only cons is parking in the day could be a issue as you may need to park far away as the place attract many people to drive here for meal.||Will be a...
