IF I CAN, I WON'T GIVE RANHILL SAJ A SINGLE STAR!This agency reinstalled my water meter for my house in Feb 2025. My water bill for that month shot up to RM600+!! It is usually RM 50 plus monthly.I called them in FEB 2025 and made numerous complaints about this ABSURD BILL for Feb!! They finally came to remove the meter to check it.Now they insist that their meter installed in Feb was accurate!!There is no water leakage in my house. I called in a plumber to check for this! This just shows how bad the service provided by Ranhil Saj is!! They must have made a mistake when they installed the meter in Feb but refuse to acknowledge that! IT IS UTTERLY RIDICULOUS for a house water bill to suddenly jump to RM600 from previous bills of RM50+ but they insist I pay that I pay this absurd bill of RM600+!!! I have gone numerous times to complain personally!! I expect more from a water agency in Johor!!! I hope that the authorities at Ranhill Saj will wake up and do something positive to help its consumers before Ranhill goes DOWNHILL!!    Read moreThere are numerous problems in regards to the functionality of its official website and its online complaint services It's useful to publish those registered plumbers' contact number when there is any emergent situation so that we can contact them immediately for the repair or renovation services. However, it's useless when there is lack of official plumbers available or person in charge to be contacted (Some are licensed but have not engaged any contract with SAJ) for immediate repair although those plumbers are registered and published in SAJ website list.
After making the report/compliant (or so-called aduan), there is no follow-up message or email has been updated. Further, there is no progress tracker in regards to our complaint made in website, which may interpret that the complaint function in website is useless without any personnel or system reviewing...

   Read moreVERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE Both the staff on call and the technician were equally rude and condemned customers for not having certain information regarding the water supply system. As clients, we have basic information like the account number and address. As for issues, it is not up to us to solve the problems and provide solutions for them. Issue not solved despite numerous attempts/reports. The staffsâ professionalism and expertise are highly questionable and they were very impolite and have very little knowledge on their jobs.
NO FOLLOW UP/UPDATE ON THE PROBLEM REPORTED No efficiency, no proper procedure and expect us to always follow up and call and call with very little response.
