Utopia Jungle World Children Themepark — Attraction in Johor

Came here cause of the reviews but sad to say, this place is a disappointment. We’ve been to countless indoor playgrounds and this is one of the worst..

Firstly, the ball pit area is very dirty..even with socks on, you can feel the “sand/dust/dirt” so you can imagine how dirty it is.

Secondly, I stepped on something sharp in the ball pit area. Brought the sharp piece to the staff and they didn’t apologize or bother to see if there were more sharp pieces in the pit area. UNTIL I FOUND A SECOND SHARP ITEM and I brought it to them again and asked them to please check as there might be more!!

Thirdly, the place is not well maintained. The tunnels on top are mostly spoilt and they used styrofoam to cover?

It is probably one of the best kids indoor playground we have ever visited.. while it is not the biggest nor has the most features, it is superbly maintained..

Our kids and us have been here more than 8 times over the a year odd and every time we come here, the place is as refreshing as ever. Malfunction play sets were repaired, sometimes new stuff were added in.

On top of that, they have an amazing set of staff.. not just being friendly and polite, they engage your kids and help watched over them..

It is easy for us parents to watch our kids as well, you do not need to go inside to supervise them, you can really oversee them from the outside..

However, after 8-9 times here within a year's time, we decided it's time to go somewhere else..

Place is nice, activities are fun. But auntie there is a stingy scrooge!! I renewed my multi entry pass. Supposed to get a free gift for the multipass purchase but auntie said she can't give bec i renewed?? Got logic meh?? So if I buy another multi entry pass that is the SAME cost AND still a new card, I get the free gift. And its not like the gift is expensive! It's just a cheap sock and a pencil set.

Every entry on the pass allows for 1A+1C. If i enter the same time 2A+2C, she asks me to pay for 1A bec "only one adult free"? What logic again?? But if I enter 1A 1C first and another 1A1C one min later. Then free.
