Utopia Titan X Theme Park — Attraction in Johor

I agree with previous comments that this establishment needs to up the game in cleanliness. After reading the comments on cleanliness, we decided to opt to try the Rope Course because we thought it would be the less risk. After the ride, the kids complaint that the helmets' strap were dirty (maybe because of sweat). We were fortunate that we were the first to wear it for the day. When we arrive after 11 AM, we were told that the Rope Course will only be opened at 1:30 PM. After telling that we cannot wait, they decided to open up the Rope Course. Then during the experience, I was told that the kids could only experienced the Rope Course once. I asked politely where does it states as such. They admitted that it has not been stated anywhere and the kids were allowed to enjoy as they should. We were not given proper receipt for our payment despite asking twice (only credit card confirmation given) hence caused difficulty when we want to claim for points from Paradigm Mall. The customer service personnel of Paradigm Mall helped us to secure the receipt. Lastly, we were only asked to view and agree on the terms and conditions after making payment, which I think is not proper. We are in difficult situation if we don't agree. Pretty pricey at around RM50 per pax with no child pricing (same price for both kids and adults). At this price range i would expect a massive indoor playground with a lot of stuff to play but instead it is relatively tiny.

It only has a obstacle slide area, trampoline area and small karting area. Nothing else. And there is NO air conditioning which means it can be super hot (all 3 of us adults and kid were sweating buckets despite a big fan which only cooled the first floor). Which indoor playground doesnt have air conditioning?? Also the dim blue lights are very glaring and uncomfortable.

I think that the good reviews were probably paid and hence i was misled by them thinking it was a good and newer option for my child, whom i brought to play to celebrate his birthday.

Please relook at how you can provide more value to your customers. I have a voucher for 2 entries but i am seriously doubting if i should...

Had a bad experience here. There were games under maintenance, but no notice was given at the counter. When we asked the staff before entering, they said all games were available, but once inside, some were not working.

Staff were also difficult to communicate with — not helpful at all when we asked questions.

Total waste of money. Not recommended and definitely not...
