The WORST hair salon experience ever. If I could give it a 0 star or negative stars I would. Hands down, the worst service I have ever received from a hair salon. Definitely first and last visit.

I went for a female hair cut with a "creative hair designer". The whole thing lasted around 15mins (wash + cut). There was another male customer who arrived around the same time as me and was sat beside me. We ended up paying and leaving the salon at the same time. Yes, my hair wash and hair cut (female) took the same amount of time as the guy beside me who came in to shave/trim his hair.

Hair wash - probably lasted 5 mins or less, no massage at all and I take longer to wash my own hair in the shower.

Hair stylist - Didn't ask for her name but she seemed totally disinterested and gave 0 amount of effort to provide any service. There was a lady who came into the store to ask for information and prices if she wanted to dye her hair. My hair stylist (who was in the middle of my hair cut) immediately jumped up and attended to this new walk-in customer and ended up talking to her for quite some time without any apology whatsoever. Even though the service she gave me for my hair cut was so terrible, she was pushing me to go for their other services (e.g. dye my hair/ do hair treatment), WHAT A JOKE!! I told her I wanted to cut my hair short and was hoping for a cut that would suit my face shape. She didn't bother recommending any hair cut or hair style. She just proceeded to cut my hair and was done in 10 mins and told me she had "cut my hair evenly all round" so I ended up with a 12 year old school girl haircut.

Asaloon? I felt more like I went to a barbershop/ quick cut for the price of a "premium" hair salon. I don't usually write reviews but the treatment and service I got was so terrible that I had to warn others about this place. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID and spend your hard earned money...

Director a.k.a Miss Eva, was professional. Consulted before proceeding to the haircut, fixed my bangs and suggested to thin out my hair (I have a thick hair) and a scalp treatment. Scalp felt great, it was usually oily and looks greasy after 2/3 days. Miss Mida did a good job doing the scalp treatment, massaging my head and washing my hair. As a first timer in this saloon, I felt less nervous as they were welcoming me so warmly. Price is affordable, considering a director did the haircut for me. Saloon is pretty and looks brand spanking new!

Edit : (Genuine review with pics. attached) Almost a year now that I have been coming here. Whether I have a date or an occasion the following day, this salon will always be my first choice. I returned here to get the Shiseido treatment (RM198), a quick scalp cleaning (RM21), along with a trim and hair setting, after going three months without getting any treatment or a haircut (It was frizzy and a little rough on my bleached hair) After the treatment, my scalp feels so light, hair feels so smooth! P/s : My hair was around my waist and the total came to RM278. Miss Eva and Miss Mida were still looking after me. I'm pleased to return...

People have "CURLY HAIR" !!! Please don't ever come to this saloon..they don't even know what they're doing. I came to the saloon to get myself a short haircut till my neck and i showed her some Pinterest pictures, yet she cut my hair above my neck length. The person who cut my hair was a chinese woman wearing glasses. She seems not to have pleasant vibes. She was cutting my hair very messy and till all the hair dropped over my face. I need to like tell her that all the hair is hitting on my face and she was giving excuses saying cause of my long lashes..huhh???...She doesn't know how to style curly hair as well, and she said this is how curl pattern are, i need to go home and wash and style in my own curly hair routine. Please don't ever say you have curly hair service if you don't know how to STYLE OR CUT. The first picture is how the hairdresser styles it and the second...
