dear mgmt of megalanes if u can see this for the past few days my family members has left a bad reviews abt ur staff. Im one of the fam members who will also condemned abt ur rude lady staff with blonde hair. on 18/3/23 at 6pm ur lady staff with blonde hair are terribly rude & no respect to others!!! not even apologize to my family on her wrongdoing!! pls be reasonable to customer!! she is really damn rude to my family!! if there is miscommunication or misunderstanding on the reservation she shouldnt be so sarcastic & terribly rude to the customers!! such a regret for us to come here & this will be our 1st & last for us to come to this bowling centre!! pls educate ur blonde lady staff on how to handle a customer!! personally i dont need u to apologize to each 1 of us but what i want to know what r u going to do with the blonde hair staff who r truly no respect to others.

Almost every time we come over to play, we’re only told on the spot that you have events booked until closing. This has happened so many times now that it’s starting to feel like you’re intentionally hiding the truth just to get people to show up.
We make the trip, spend time and fuel, only to find out we can’t play because all lanes are blocked for private events. Worse, the information you give over the phone or when we ask beforehand often turns out to be false or misleading. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s disrespectful to your customers.

Read moreThe bowling arena is pretty good, and quite affordable as well. There are good deals and student discounts as well, 5 rm per game per person for students. They also provide shoes that costs 3 RM extra. Now, the reason for my 3 star is that the machines are a bit backdated. At some point the score board wasn’t capturing the points properly, and the pins weren’t being reset or whatever. It was just stuck, and we were having to manually adjust the scores each time. That happened near the end however, but it still made us miss a few points and caused an imbalance. They need to ensure everything is working properly and fix the technical issues.
