The service by Chris chan was impeccable, good recommendations, and paid close attention to us without feeling invasive, made the experience all the more enjoyable. Was quick to check the tea pot to ensure there’s always hot tea in it
The other staff would check and replace our plates and bowls should it become crowded with shells, bone’s and the other inedibles

Food wise, they flexible with the spice level, we had the less spicy and it was perfect for us, the balance of “ma” and “la” is quite delicate yet well executed.
Had crawfish (both garlic, and ma la versions) would recommend the ma la as it’s their specialty,
The other dishes were also consistently good.

The chicken on top was cooked perfectly—so tender and juicy! The soup underneath soaked up all the chicken’s flavors, making it incredibly rich and sweet. I ended up having three bowls of that soup on my own!
The crab with fermented tofu was a bit salty, but it went really well with rice. The “Mouthwatering Chicken” wasn’t too spicy, and the cucumber added a nice, refreshing touch to balance it all out.
