ZUS Coffee - EkoCheras Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

2 thumbs up to Zus Coffee. Im a coffee lover. I have tried many different cafes but none come close to the quality of coffee at Zus. Seriously. Last month April was my bday month and i was busy and didnt get a chance to visit Zus. Just a few days ago, I went to Eko Cheras outlet, opened the Zus app to order and wallah!!!, I receive a FREE birthday cake slice alert. Can you believe it? I mean each cake slice is Rm14.50 yo and I get to choose any cake, no restrictions, nothing. This is what I call "brand virality". Its no longer just "brand loyalty", a memorable gesture from Zus like this would definitely make me loyal AND make me share my experience with friends all over. Also let me tell you the worst of all the cafes is Starbucks (for those who know my free cake story u know what i mean), and their coffee is pricey and tasteless too. I’m unsure about the criteria for selecting supervisors, is it based on years of work or the quality of work? she shouted at a rider, and the whole store could hear her questioning why they asked the wrong thing. When I politely inquired about how to claim the buy one, get one free offer by showing her my app, she grabbed my phone without asking for permission and sarcastically remarked, ‘This is for first-time use only.’ When I ordered a drink via the app and went to collect it, she called out, handed over the drink without saying anything, not even a simple ‘thank you.’ I ended up thanking her, and she didn’t even acknowledge me with “muka ketat”. This experience has left me feeling unwelcome. I simply wanted to purchase coffee to find some peace of mind, but instead, I felt unwelcome and as if I had done something wrong. This is my favourite coffee shop at Eko Cheras! That’s why income here really very often! Things I like: affordability - their coffee is one of the most affordable in the mall. ambiance - not too noisy. But what I really like is that it has great spots for us to work in the computer with privacy. When those spots are not empty, I’m afraid I leave because I come not only for the coffee but to work a bit too. staff - modest people, only got one order wrong (within dozens or hundreds) but promptly and smoothly resolved the issue. They are really fast taking my order at the cashier and I like it.

The only thing i might appreciate less is the lack of healthier choices of food. I appreciate more balance snacks with less refined sugars and nutritious. This is not an issue exclusive from this branch or brand though.

Ah! One last thing - thanks a lot for serving my coffee...
