A&W Eko Cheras Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Worst attitude given from this malay worker. Arrived to collect my fpanda order which is clearly ready on top of the bar inside the counter. But this worker saw me and just look away without serving me. Seconds later a malay couple came in and he welcomed them saying “Selamat datang”. So am i allowed to say racism was involved here? Carry on he went into the kitchen for whatever reason and when he came out, i showed him my phone just so he can see my order. He did not look at my phone/ check the order number at all and passed me my food with his back facing me. By then i’m alrdy super pissed so i stayed at the counter to get his name from his name tag. He probably sensed it and kept facing his back towards me. In the end i snap a pic of him on the way out. I paid money for my food, not for ur attitude. Did i received this trash service cuz i’m a young girl or cuz im Chinese ? If u hate ur job just quit, don’t be projecting ur emotions onto customers. Selfish self...

Seriously what the heck man? The worst restaurant I’ve even been to. First, let’s see the cashier problem.They didn’t ask whether I have small change, they just gave me RM6.50 and all of them are sen. I asked for cash but they said they don’t have. I get mad and ask again, and yet they still say they don’t have. The cashier are Nyna and Ariff if I’m not mistaken. I wish there’s a customer service so that I can directly complain to the manager. Please do something. And the service is really slow. There’s like more than 10 person working there, but all of them aren’t doing anything, someone even waited for 30 mins, it’s not first come first serve basis, you only can get it when u pass your receipt to them and they’ll prepare for you. An A&W located inside Eko Cheras Mall. Food was nothing great to shout about, and was a bit cold and curly fries were overly salted. I saw that they had an app and downloaded it but it seems they can’t scan it when you order at the counter - you need to place your order via the app itself beforehand.

Service wasn’t too fast but at least it was friendly. Place wasn’t too clean, and it didn’t help that people don’t clean up after themselves. When I was returning my tray the bins were not situated at the tray return area for some reason and I had to find them to dispose of my food containers.

One interesting thing is if you sit inside near the windows overlooking outside, you can see the LRT train pass by...
