Yi Pin Ramen 一品拉面 @ EKOCheras Mall — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Ladies and gents, I present you one of my favorite ramen shop to eat. I ordered their signature Tonkatsu Ramen with their meatball dumplings as side dish and their signature white coffee drink. Overall I can easily say that it was the most delicious dish that I had ever tasted. Although it may be expensive to some but I can definitely guarantee you that it is worth more than that! The picture as you can see, I didn't take before part because I couldn't resist to dive in immediately... So here's the aftermath of what I could gather and I really wish that I could finish up the last broth but I wanna save face! XD

In terms of customer service, at the time there wasn't much crowded so everything was smooth experience. The food delivery was outstanding. After I ordered, just a few minutes later I was served with my food hot and tasty looking.

When it comes to RMCO procedures, they obviously did follow them strictly. The most amount of people to seat in one group I would say six people but tables and chairs are portable so I guess they can do something about that in big numbers.

Conclude: Will definitely come again sometime to explore other glorious signature...

I tried the Blue Ramen at Yipin Ramen and it was definitely a unique experience. The striking blue broth immediately caught my eye – it’s visually stunning and makes the bowl look like something out of a food magazine. The taste was surprisingly balanced: light yet flavorful, not just a gimmick. The noodles had a nice chew, and the toppings complemented the broth well without being overpowering.

What I really appreciated was that despite the unusual color, the flavor remained authentic and comforting – not too salty, not too oily. It’s a creative twist on classic ramen, perfect for anyone who wants to try something out of the ordinary.

First sight on the restaurant, you will totally think it is a Japanese ramenya, but the truth is not. After tried the signature sky blue ramen, I'm shocked as it is a China noodle cooked in ramen design. Not just the broth is taste like herbal chicken soup, the noodle is China noodle. The menu also served many si chuan style noodle and also local coffee and drinks. Moreover, the chili paste prepared on each table is actually si chuan chili, besides japan chili powder. It's just like buying Japanese brand product at taobao which wrote made in china.

Overall the taste is not bad, but if you considering with Japanese ramen, this is different. However, the mix of China noodle in ramen style make it special and new, which is only second restaurant in Cheras who made this kind of culture crossover. And this is primary reason to be highly recommended for must try once...
