The installation is put up around 600 meters from the popular central market, easily walkable for everyone. There're a couple of old historical goverment buildings around the statue, giving a historical view to the place. It's quite open, airy so you won't feel hot unless it's peak summer time of the day. Well maintained and clean for visitors to sit close to it and get a picture to rejoice their memories.
