I have taken MRT and lrt lines regularly, I noticed that the Government has introduced this Lady Coach. This is a very good policy. However, I noticed that some ladies do not take advantages of the Lady Coach. They preferred to occupied other mixed coaches, whereby the the Ladies Coach are sometimes only 50 % to 70% occupied, unless it is peak hours in the morning and late evening. Where others coaches are crowded like sardines. My advice is the ladies passengers should always try to choose the ladies coach first. The seats designated for OKU, Disabled and Old folks are very often taken up by normal able young ladies and men. I suggest that, Ladies Coach are implemented during weekdays only. Seats for OKU, Disabled and Old folks are completely restricted to the designated groups only. Young able passengers are advised to vacant them even the seats are not occupied by OKU, Seniors or Disabled or pregnant passengers. Able ladies and men often seated at seats reserved for Disabled, OKU, Senior citizen and Pregnant women. Where is the enforcement officer? Pictures included solely for illustration purposes There are no intentions to humiliate or ashamed any bodies. If ladies continue to using the mixed coaches, the coaches will be more crowded and sexual harassment can still occurs.I notice that emphasise is always focused on Lady Coach and not Elderly, pregnant ladies Disabled...

Read moretoday, I traveled from Berjaya Times Square to Pasar Seni, which required me to take the LRT first and then switch to the MRT. However, I encountered an issue with my Touch ‘n Go (TnG) card—it wasn’t working, and I got stuck at the MRT gate. I approached the customer service counter at MRT Pasar Seni to explain that my card couldn’t be used and I was unable to pass through. Unfortunately, the staff there treated me very rudely. I politely asked what was wrong with my card, but the staff responded angrily and coldly. i dont remember her name She wrongly assumed that I didn’t pay and followed my friend through the same lane, we used separate lanes btw. The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional. Whether she was in a bad mood or not, it’s unacceptable for a customer service staff to behave this way. If you're working in customer service, please treat customers with respect. I strongly urge MRT management to retrain this staff member, as her attitude was rude, dismissive, and grumpy(shes in this pic). There were at least 3 or 4 other staff members around during her shift (3:36pm, 4/8) who likely witnessed how she treated me. I request MRT management to take action regarding how this staff member handled my issue. As a customer, I deserve an apology for the way I...
