Locco Hair Salon — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

My girlfriend had a very worst experience here today. She had book an appointment today 22/12/2024 10AM with Tracy Chiu and even paid the new year deposit. Upon arrived at the salon around 9.45AM, all the staffs were having a meeting and the receptionist eventually show up and check the reservation and found out the reservation is being booked wrongly. Instead of the said time and date, they booked 22/01/2025 for her. She had been waiting for a solution for this and asked my girlfriend to wait. The staff even ask why are my girlfriend so rush? After waiting for almost 30min there, they had just refund the deposit and compensate a cream to her.

Hello? you think this is a matter of compensation matter? She had allocate time for the color, treatment and cut, and now you are telling your mistake and making the customer to pay the price?

I will never go back to this salon even though I have been visiting this salon during my university time 8 or 9 years ago. I know the salon had good business and doesn't lack of this...

Made appointment to have a haircut, waited around 30-40mins for my turn and their reason was the customer before me came late. There is definitely a room for them to improve their appointment system. When it’s finally my turn, the hairstylist named Freeze was acting unprofessionally and being a “busybody”, doesn’t focus on his customer in front. My hair is frizzy and not that smooth to comb, he obviously became impatient and didn’t control his strength which you can imagine my head is moving with the direction he comb. Plus, this is first time ever in my life, watching the comb drop on me while the hairstylist is combing my hair. I can understand frizzy hair might be troublesome during haircut, but the way he act doesn’t worth...

I had my haircut done and colouring by Lance, the director stylist, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I decided to change my hairstyle from long straight hair to a pixie cut, and Lance did an amazing job. He thoroughly explained his ideas and discussed them with me before starting. Throughout the process, he explained each step as he went, which made me feel really confident. After the cut, he spent a lot of time teaching me how to care for my hair at home and shared styling tips. Lance is by far the best stylist I've ever met—there's truly no one better.
