I love to shopping at Sogo during sale because the design matched with my desire design of clothes. Besides, all my children clothes bought here. Here a lot of choice for kids, and adult even for senior also a lot of choices. Sogo always full of customers especially during wekend and public holiday, so for those interesred to come, you need to plan properly to avoid congestion while searching of car park. The best of sogo, it surrounded with a lot of public transportation such as LRT AMPANG ROUTE (LRT STAR), RAPID BUS, ehailing acces. and etc so if you worry about less car park spacing for private car, you are recommended to take a public transportation. At sogo, food court is avaiable for those who wants to rake take a lunch, or dinner since it close at 10pm. At food court a lot of menu are ready to be served such as Fast food like MCD, TEXAS. Also avaiable are western food, malay food, spices food, mee kari, and others which i can't list here. For muslim, Surau is avaiable at B1 or basement 1. Every floor, they providing public toilet. enough to served a lot people at one time. Short list for your reference: 1) Ground Floor - Perfume, make up, path for exit to LRT Station by Jejantas. 2) First Floor - Ladies 3) Second Floor - Mens 4) Third Floor - Other (Mixed - Mens & Ladies) 5) Fourth Floor - Kids 6) Sixth & Basemen 1 (B1) Floor - Food Court 7) Seventh Floor - Customer Servise and small food court including event hall That's all. Let other people explain more.

SOGO Mall in Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant shopping destination that truly embodies the essence of a department store group originating from Japan. With additional locations in Hong Kong, Taipei, Jakarta, Surabaya, Singapore, Bangkok, and even London, SOGO has established itself as a beloved retail hub across Asia. Spanning eight floors, SOGO is a shopper's paradise, offering an overwhelming variety of items and styles that can leave you lost in decision-making. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with the first floor dedicated to the ladies' gallery and level three showcasing men's clothing and accessories. The sixth floor is a delightful food haven, featuring numerous restaurants that cater to diverse tastes. During my visit, I purchased a pair of thongs (flip-flops) for 69.30 ringgit, and to my pleasant surprise, I received a complimentary 2025 calendar! The staff were not only polite but also prompt in assisting me with my queries. It's worth noting that local Kuala Lumpur citizens often mention that SOGO is not as high-end as Suria KLCC or Pavilion Mall, which is true. The prices here are affordable, making it accessible for everyone. Overall, SOGO Mall offers a fantastic shopping experience with its extensive range of products and welcoming atmosphere—definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area! PS; visited this mall on 28 Dec 2024.

This review is purely regarding the sales persons on duty. Sogo HRs please please train your sales staff. I was looking to buy a noritake dinner set as a gift & there’s absolutely no one to help. I found 2 people & both of them have no idea about it, they disappear and come with another sales person after a long long time who also gave me wrong information & rushed off. What happened to the good old days at Sogo where staff would explain the discount & that this set comes in a gift box, this doesn’t. They would even suggest other items we could buy in that price range. Isn’t that what ales people are supposed to do? Only one Indian staff gave me the correct information efficiently & also suggested some other products when i asked. I finally chose a bohemian crystal vase, called a sales person & requested her for the box packaging and I headed to the cashier. It’s been 15 mins, she’s nowhere to be seen. I’ve asked another staff for help & she’s also blinking and has asked me to wait. I’m still waiting for her to come back with my vase as I’m typing this. Sogo’s home & living section is still unparalleled in the city, please please train your service staff as a favor to your many loyal customers. Attached herewith our pictures taken at 7:25 today where there is absolutely no staff around the entire ceramic & crystal section

Not someone who like to post a review. But your bad customer service deserve it. Used to eat here all the time but recently the quality has gotten worse but i still give a chance wanting to eat claypot yee mee. I mentiom claypot yee mee only and the girl cashier ask me something but i couldnt gear, as you know, foodcourt is a loud area, it is not quite. Rather than telling me nicely what she meant, she flipped the menu rudely, her face changed and she started saying something very rudely. Instead of telling me that i should stated claypot yee mee soup she start blabbering claypot ada banyak, blablabla. And i just cancel my order and move on. Please train your staff. Not only food is bad. Your staff is bad as well. Try eat here, the sizzling yee mee is so salty and the chicken taste like old chicken with the smell some more.

SOGO Kuala Lumpur is a vibrant shopping destination that truly has something for everyone! I recently visited and was impressed by the variety of stores, from fashion and cosmetics to home goods and electronics. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate despite the crowds, which only add to the lively atmosphere. The staff in the stores were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. I also enjoyed the food court, which offers a wide selection of local and international cuisine at reasonable prices. While it can get crowded, especially during weekends and sales, the overall shopping experience at SOGO is fantastic. It’s a must-visit mall in the heart of Kuala Lumpur for both locals and tourists. Highly recommend!

This shopping mall is on several floors. The ground floor is a fast food court and a supermarket, the street level is a bit mixed but mostly makeup and clothes. Floor one belongs to the ladies. Here you will find shoes, accessories, clothes and underwear, while the equivalent for men is on Floor two. The third floor is sports and leisure, while the fourth floor is dedicated to children and mothers. One floor up, you will find home accessories from kitchen to bedroom and bathroom. Another floor up is Sogo Food Garden. It is a clean and bright shopping mall. Unfortunately, the toilets need a little more care than they are getting today.
