Bad staff services. A lady staff on duty on 23 Aug 10.30am- we ordered mango creamy boba and requested boba change to cookies, she never said anything whether ok or not change to cookies when before payment and before ready the beverage . After payment, she proceed prepare the beverage, then when handover beverage to us, the boba she go and change to jelly without informed us if jelly ok or not? And she point to the signboard said beverage cannot be customise. So : 1.if cannot customise, why during order never mentioned anything when requested change to cookies? If cannot customise, why you change from boba to jelly without inform? When I clarify with her , why you change to jelly without informed, she said if want to change only can change to jelly?
