Bad staff services. A lady staff on duty on 23 Aug 10.30am- we ordered mango creamy boba and requested boba change to cookies, she never said anything whether ok or not change to cookies when before payment and before ready the beverage . After payment, she proceed prepare the beverage, then when handover beverage to us, the boba she go and change to jelly without informed us if jelly ok or not? And she point to the signboard said beverage cannot be customise. So : 1.if cannot customise, why during order never mentioned anything when requested change to cookies? If cannot customise, why you change from boba to jelly without inform? When I clarify with her , why you change to jelly without informed, she said if want to change only can change to jelly? Want make payment and give RM50 cash , and staff said dont have enough money to give balance, but the other customer after me gave RM50 note, and then the staff give the enough balance, so why at my turn before she said dont have engh money tu give back. And the stare at me like i was wrong ....

Previously ordered “no ice”, they served cold drink with no ice which is satisfying. But this time ordered “No ice”, they serve drink with room temperature. The aunty cashier didn’t explain clearly about her “No ice” means room temperature instead of cold drinks without ice....
