RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. I ORDER TWISTER BOX SET FOR TAKE AWAY, AND AFTER CALLING MY NUMBER I WENT TO THE COUNTER AND THERE IS ONLY 1 TAKE AWAY PLASTIC AVAILABLE WITH NO VISIBLE NUMBER. THE STAFF SELAMAT/SALAMAT WAS NOT AT THE COUNTER ANYMORE AND PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT I WAS AT THE COUNTER AS SOON AS MY NUMBER WERE CALLED SO IT ONLY TAKE A FEW SECOND FOR ME TO ARRIVE, SO I ASSUME THAT WAS MINE SINCE NO OTHER NUMBER WERE CALLED AND NO OTHER TAKEAWAY MEAL AT THE COUNTER. UPON REACHING HOME I REALISE THAT WAS NOT MY ORDER BECAUSE IT WAS A SNACK PLATE. SO I WENT BACK TO CHANGE IT BUT BEFORE I ARRIVE AT THE COUNTER THE STAFF RUDELY TOLD ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMER "YOU TAKE THE WRONG ORDER" WHICH I REPLY "WELL I DONT KNOW SINCE THERE'S NO VISIBLE NUMBER" AND THEN HE COUNTER BACK WITH "THE NUMBER IS INSIDE THE TAKEAWAY PLASTIC, YOU SHOULD CHECK IT BUT YOU DID NOT CHECK THEN YOU TAKE THE WRONG ONE" WHAT KIND OF REPLY IS THAT? I WENT BACK AT THE COUNTER READY TO SAY SORRY I TOOK THE WRONG ORDER CAN YOU GIVE ME MY RIGHT ORDER AND THEN I WOULD JUST GO MY MERRY WAY. BUT NO! We were waiting for almost 30 minutes in the que and another 15 minutes at the counter when our turn was not entertained. Is it so difficult to just entertain one line and politely inform the customers to maintain one line? Two rows if alternate, then do it fairly. A man was standing next to us and it was our turn to order. The staff told us he has been waiting for long. We said ok and let him order. Next should be our turn but he was taking order from the next person from the next queue and we said it should be our turn and he hesitated to take orders from us and continued to take another new order from someone else who came much later than us.
