Im sorry to say but i know we a bit clumsy but I don't like how your foreign staff treat us. Im once a service crew so I know a bit rules about outside foods. I ask politely so they respond in good manners, i happy for that. My friend and I order and we already choose the menu to fill our stomach and kill the coldness with a hot drink. For us, it is our first time to try in this cafe but when we want to make payment, my friend is a bit surprise because the price is a bit expensive but im used to it. So I just ask my friend to top up the TNG ewallet. But as human being, we have a sense when someone have a rough look and bad impression when they see us struggle to top up the balance. Yes, we only have balance in bank card only that time. That's why it's take a bit time to us. But after your staff way treat us with his look and the way he react to us, my friend cancel his drink and it change our mood because we only want to sit down and have a good vibes here. But after that moment, it really change our moment and I really don't enjoy the vibe after your staff impression and the way he treat. Im sorry but I wish your staff can improve the way he treat his customer so we as customer can enjoy the...

Pleasant atmosphere to enjoy their rich coffee ☕ and ease into the cool mountain air 🗻! But nothing else. Food is so-so and slightly pricey (definitely a tourist place).
Staff 👨🍳 is attentive and went to counter immediately to pass us menus and take our orders. Seems they only takes cash.
They have nice marble chairs outside and inside to enjoy the breeze!
The food came in about 10 minutes. We ordered a cup of old town white coffee - hazelnut ☕🌰 ($8.80) and an original old town white coffee ☕ ($7.50). I find the coffee very rich and fragrant, albeit the hazelnut one was too sweet.
We ordered a Ipoh curry mee 🥘 ($17.10). The curry is strong and appropriately spicy 🌶, true to the Ipoh cuisine. It's not filling but enough, yellow mee with strips of plain chicken breast 🐓, 1 to 2 sticks of veggies 🥬 and not much else.
We also ordered Ipoh Hor Fun 🍜. Their hor fun is chewy and tasty. Strips of plain chicken breast again, and like 1 to 2 taogeh 🥒. Meh. Maybe the food court nearby has better food.
Overall, decent spot to enjoy hot coffee in the chilly air and settle...
Read more"Oldtown White Coffee in Genting Highlands offered a comforting, albeit slightly inconsistent, dining experience. The Mee Kari presented a warm, fragrant broth, though the spice level was subdued, catering to a wider palate. The noodles were cooked adequately, and the accompanying ingredients were fresh. The White hot Chocolate Coffee, a sweet indulgence, provided a pleasant contrast to the savory noodles, though it leaned heavily on sweetness, potentially overwhelming for those with a less sugary preference. The service was prompt and the atmosphere, typical of the chain, was casual and bustling. Overall, it was a convenient spot for a quick, familiar meal while navigating the highlands, though perhaps not a culinary highlight.
