Please read this (you can read the final verdict if you don't want to read the whole review btw)(But I suggest you read the whole review)
So basically the place is actually quite nice. And the staff were very nice and respectful. I did read the reviews beforehand and majority said the cats were depressed.. Well here's why the cats were depressed.
I've spent around 20 minutes to 30 minutes there and my observation is, visitors who entered the cat room will be like "OMG SO CUTE WAA" then proceeds to pet the cats without even considering if the cat is sleeping or not.. Yes I can't hold someone excitement right? But at least have the courtesy to at least let the cat sniff you first to know you better. Some of the cats even got grumpy because of visitor's careless behaviour. And if you had a child with you, it doesn't really matter what age.. Please advice them not to disturb the cat who are resting too much
Not to mention that there's a woman who actually said "yeah the cats were depressed" but ironically she too disturbed the cats who were sleeping and forcefully tried to lift them. I was like.. 😐 Idk. No comments..
The cleanliness of the place is actually okay. The odour is not bad, unless you sit next to a litter box. The price however to me is reasonable..
My final verdict for this review is, the management of the place should place some staff in the cat room to control people's behaviour and add some even more comfy sleeping place for the cats. And to the VISITORS please be respectful to the cats. If the cats don't want to be pet, then just DON'T pet them, if the don't want to play, then DON'T poke them with the sticks. And I really hope the management will keep taking care of the cats. Don't exploit them just for money..
Sorry if I hurt someone feelings in this review but.. This is the reality...

Read moreSpacious and clean area. Tiny bag like a hand full worth of cat food can be bought at the entrance to feed the cats at 2rm per pack,
But the cats don’t look well kept. Fur in some of the long haired breed was matted. Not enough litter box for the cats.
1 of the cat was having flu, mucus was at the tip of the nose and bubbled as the cat breathed. Most of the cats look unwell.
The cats wore tag with numbers on them.
Alerted the Bangladeshi worker seated at the desk inside, he got another Bangladeshi worker to come over and look at the cat.
He was very rough when handling the cat. Scruffed the cat at the neck when it wasn’t even aggressive. All these in full view of visitors, I wonder what goes on when nobody is around.
Completely nonchalant about the rough handling and seem very unhappy being disturb.
The 2nd worker took the cat inside for about 5-10mins and brought the cat out. When the cat came out, it was breathing heavily. And again mucus can be seen at the nose.
Hope the owner of the place can be more humane and provide better care for the cats. And educate ur workers they are horrible!!!
If you are only concern about making money please do something else.
While the place was overall clean and spacious, I’m very concerned about the welfare of the cats at...
