OLDTOWN White Coffee @ Cameron Square — Restaurant in Pahang

I had an incredibly disappointing dining experience at here. The food was simply awful - tasteless and unappetizing. To make matters worse, there were flies swarming all over, making it impossible to enjoy our meal. It was not only unappetizing but also unhygienic.

The service was equally terrible. Despite there being plenty of empty tables in the restaurant, they insisted on seating my group of friends separately. It felt like we were being treated as an inconvenience, even though the place was practically empty. The lack of consideration and hospitality was truly disheartening.

I can't emphasize enough how disappointing and frustrating the whole experience was. I expected a pleasant dining outing with friends, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. I will definitely not be returning to, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

It's unfortunate that a restaurant would provide such a subpar experience to its customers. I hope that sharing this review will prompt them to make significant improvements in their food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

Went there for breakfast at 9.15am & I guess we were the first customer there. Placed our order and waited for 30minutes for our food. After the food arrived, we asked for more chilli sauce and mayonnaise for our fries, but it took ages to reach to our table, and that also was after us asking for it back. Later when we paid for the food at the counter, we told the staff named ‘Athirah’ politely that their service was not satisfactory, but she was literally ‘kurang ajar’ to us by saying, ‘the system is down today & the other staff is attending some online class in the old town itself. That was none of our problem by the way. She also rudely told us ‘the chilli & mayonnaise eventually came to ur place’. We just paid for the food & left the place. I really hope the outlet manager/supervisor would look into how their staffs treat...

Worst place ever, initially no1 greeted us to take order. The assistant manager just threw the food and drinks on our table without any manners. When we inquired why he did that.. he sulked. We even saw a fly/bug on the drinks. When we asked for exchange.. no1 even bothered to take the drink. We called up the manager. He was so rude to us saying he don’t appreciate customers and his staff is right!! Poor management and manager. Well your staff will be like u too !! Im an avid oldtown customer but this would be my last to any of ur branch esp in cameron. Please guys dont ever go here. It spoiled my vacay. I dont want...
