Mixue Ipoh Parade — Attraction in Perak

One of the WORST customer service experienced. I walked forward to take my ice cream when my number was shown, yet I was shouted at by the female staff “Wait for your number!”. Later on, I heard the same staff sarcastically mocking a customer who came back to take a straw by saying “Wow she was in such a rush to take her beverage when we haven’t even handed her the straw. See, now she came back” I was utterly appalled at how sarcastic and impolite her tone of voice was, RIGHT IN FRONT of the customer.

Date: 3 Sep 2023, approx 5:30pm. She was the only female staff there for that shift.

I recently visited Mixue at Ipoh Parade, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! I ordered one of their drinks along with their signature ice cream, and both were absolutely delicious. The drink was perfectly balanced and refreshing, while the ice cream had a creamy texture and just the right amount of sweetness.

The prices are super affordable, making it great value for money, and the portion sizes are generous. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was ready quickly despite the crowd.

I ordered the lemonade, but there was hardly any lemon—just two small pieces. It tasted like plain water. Am I paying for lemonade or just water?

When I asked the staff, they were very rude and unhelpful. This is unacceptable, especially when they are representing MIXUE Malaysia. Your company is promoting 2 lemonades for RM4.50, but it feels like the store is not fulfilling that properly. We didn’t ask for the promotion—it was offered.

If your company is not willing to honour the promotion properly, I strongly suggest cancelling it. This was a terrible experience, and I hope you will look into the service at this outlet...
