By looking at the menu, thereโs so many good looking food offered here idk what to order bcz everything looks yummeh. I thought lobak was carrot but itโs not hahah lobak is meat based food. Price is very affordable with just nice portion. Food taste good, well flavouredโ not too strong and not bland. Service is good, order come quite fast but drink take times to get. Food come first before drink which is uncommon hahah.
The staffs are great. The waiter took my order was soft spoken and very polite, the one sent our foods was friendly she saw my baby and sweetly asked about him, then the one that sent our drinks gave salaam first before putting our drinks down, which at first I thought it was salesman trying to sell something to us because hey not many restaurant staffs would say Assalamualaikum before giving you your orders kan ๐ staff nak hantar air rupanya lol. The drinks also nice, I asked for less ice in my juice and I got exactly like I asked for, tasted good not too sweet and not too watery.
Overall I like the food and the people. Place wise itโs located at busy road area but for me itโs worth it (not me who driving anyway lol). Recommended and definitely will come again to try more foods in the menu (Iโm not local and this is my second time...

Paid almost RM50 for such a lousy and low quality food during breakfast today @ 25th Dec 2024 .. Lobak set (RM10) is tasteless and it's just a few slice of cucumber, fucuk (we can taste it's frozen type), fishcake ( low quality and tasteless ) and few other slices of condiments which are all salty and bitter. Nasi Lemak @ nothing to shout about ,as it's like a normal roadside quality which is just OK to eat. Nasi with buttermilk chicken @ quite bland taste Fried meehon with hard texture and bland taste as well

It's totally UNACCEPTABLE and indeed we will never dine there again and we do NOT feel "redha" for the money paid to dine there !
By the way ..this is NOT about money ya , this is more about our frustration towards such a BAD QUALITY food that is supposed to be improved , in order to justify the price your customer...

Chef Uni is not a stranger to the Ipoh F&B market, having managed a few different restaurants and cafes in the vicinity before. But this particular cafe which he ran together with his wife had proven to offer something different..His wife is a chinese muslim, and they offer authentic and delicious chinese foods, just exactly what Ipoh is famous for, with the correct formula, "cheap and tasty"!!!๐๐๐
Having known Chef Uni for more than 20 years, I have no doubts and pray that this cafe will continue to be a major success, inshaa...
