Good! We were looking for supper past 1230 midnight and came across this place. It’s mid-autumn so I guess the usual “dai sai geok” place is close. We searched for food for nearly half an hour.
Managed to try only the chicken wings, satay and chee cheong fun. I got to say, everything did not disappoint.
For me, the wings are number 1, followed by the satay babi and satay kambing.
I’ve read reviews about the skewers/loklok, with no price list. Ask for the price first.
Revisited again the next night: Ordered the chicken wing, satay and fried chee cheong fun.
Price : Chicken wing :- 1 rm3.60 , 1 pair rm7.20
Satay :- chicken rm1.30 pork rm1.80 mutton rm2.20
Curry chee cheong fun (with pork skin) :- rm6
Fried chee cheong fun (different stall) :- rm9 (additional rm1 each for lapcheong and dried shrimp) original price...

Don't forget to try out the satay and charcoal grilled...
Read moreFound this place early evening - soon after 7 and some of the stalls were only just opening up. A large tiger beer was only 1 ringgit more than a small one would have been 5 minutes down the road. I chose to try chee Cheong fun for the first time - delicious! And my husband had gong bao chicken and he really enjoyed that too. We are going to order some more snacks now and will definitely come back again during our stay here in Ipoh. We came back at least twice more and really enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere every time. Our video of our time in Ipoh will be up on YouTube very soon. 50...
