If you wish to have good and tasty durian, please don’t go this stall go to other stall. Worst experience in paying RM500 plus to get so lousy durians, bad and terrible service from the bosses (brothers) out there and they can even shout near your ears and were so rude when we told them the durians were bad.
Totally disappointed. The Indian staff told us in Malay that if you get poor quality or unripe you may exchange. We bought MSW 2 for RM120, MSW 2 for RM100 and MSW per kg at RM73. So when the durian tasted sour and unripe, we ask for an exchange.
We did not expect one of the brothers (boss) came out came from the back and started to shout at us and told us that he is not going to exchange as he thought we bought those were lower price and he kept grumbling at his staff and exchange with us unwillingly.
Next when we ate those durians that weigh by per kg MSW at RM73, it was not good (unripe again) so we told them. Next another fatter brother came and shouted through my ears and were so rude. He reluctantly told the staff to do the exchange. In the first place, if your durians are of bad quality, please don’t sell cheap and try to con people in buying from you. Can’t you all be more polite and talk nicely instead of raising your voice to your customers.
Please don’t use the tactic and try to reprimand your staff in front of your customers as if your staff are at fault when you as bosses are literally showing the worst attitude among them by asking them to sell the bad durians to us. This is totally not honest in business dealing as you only want to earn our money by selling those by per kg durians. You don’t even earn that 1...
Read moreNot recommended at all. The staff, including the boss, were extremely rude and ridiculous. As a durian seller, they were dishonest and often provided poor quality durians. We spent several hundred ringgit, only to receive durians that were unacceptable in quality.
When we asked the staff to open one of the durians, it only had 2-3 Biji inside. He claimed he couldn’t predict the amount and refused to offer any replacement or refund lol… and was very rude about it.
Initially, we were told the durians were priced per durian, but only after weighing and paying did they inform us it was priced by weight (grams). When we questioned this, the staff shouted and forcefully placed a previously hidden price sign in front of us on the table?? and other customers were watching.
We tried to speak to the boss, but he was even worse.. dismissive and arrogant. He told us customers dk much about durians since they weren’t in the industry and even suggested we buy elsewhere.
Fr we weren’t trying to get free durians.. not like we don’t have to money to pay lol, we simply just wanted a refund because we didn’t want to consume durians of such poor quality.
This happened last 2 months also, one of the Bangladeshi staff was also very rude. The durian he tried to sell us was watery and greyish, clearly not fresh, yet he insisted it was normal and pressured us to take it.??
Terrible experience overall. Unacceptable service and attitude. It’s hard to understand how this business is still operating. Definitely...
Read moreWe saw about this place on social media promoting their RM 50 eat all you can durian buffet with a time limit of 1 hour.
We gave them a call and they confirmed that they have enough durians to offer the buffet. So, my friends and I went.
Initially part was okay.. they served 1 huge durian with 3 other small ones. All tasted good and was fresh. There were 5 of us, so we finished the served durians quite fast and ask for a refill. The first refill was okay but subsequently they pretend not to see us calling them.. even when they acknowledged, the served durians were of bad quality.. Some were watery.. some were dry.. some tasted sour. If the shop owners are not prepared to honour the deal, it should be offered.. 玩不起就别玩.. I don’t want to assume things but I think the durian opening guys know that the durians they are serving is bad.. Utterly disappointed with this.. Paid 50 per person for rubbish . If you decide to come here.. you have...
