One thing I regretted the most was not checking the review first before I book for the first trial (RM148). The person who attended me named “Nicole”, she explained the scalp treatment process before I start and introduced additional services like scalp “gua sha” so I decided to add those services for me to feel the experience before I can decide to sign the package. It’s not cheap to add but thought it may worth to get the experience first. At the beginning, she used a high pressure water to clean my scalp (from level 1 to 3). It got this tingly feel which I don’t feel relax at all. So she gave the lowest level to me (but i don’t know why she kept changing the level 1-2-3 a few times, so my scalp felt a bit hurting). Fast forward to the scalp gua sha treatment, to me, it’s extremely painful, she let me feel a while and allowed me to decide whether I would like to proceed, otherwise she won’t charge me. I decided not to, so she brought me back to the room to scan the scalp after treatment to see difference. She added a comment which I found absurd, she asked if I delivered my baby through natural way or c-sec, I said the latter, and she said “no wonder you cannot take the pain when doing that gua sha”. My mind went blank completely like “how can this person judge like this? This is personal attack”. After the scan, we went back out to dry up my hair. She almost burned my ears and she pretended like there’s nothing happen! After hair drying, we went back to the room again and she started to promote the package and what I will get for the product. There’s one product which i think is great was some sort of oil applied on my scalp and hair after drying, which she said I will get to try it later as well. I decided not to sign because I don’t feel pleasant or relax at all. After making the payment and went back out, she just leave me like that, no thank you or whatsoever. I stunt and asked her, “shouldn’t there an oil to apply on my scalp and hair which you explained to me?”. She said she forgotten, and ask one of her staff to do it for me instead. That staff was patient and gentle but not Nicole. She’s very pushy and kind of rude when speaking to especially new customers. Will I go back or recommend to anyone?...

I visited on 22/9/25 with an offer price of RM148 for dandruff treatment. Overall, it was a good experience — I could see the difference before and after, and by touch I felt my hair was less oily. I would recommend others to try it.

Some suggestions for improvement: • It would be better to have a private area for both consultation and washing. As a Muslim, I need to keep my hair covered, and moving through the open area without a scarf felt uncomfortable. Fortunately, there were not many customers at that time. • The session took about 2.5 hours. Since there was no background music, the atmosphere felt a little too quiet, so I used my phone instead. Adding some relaxing music would enhance the overall experience. • The complimentary hot tea was a nice touch. Including some light snacks (such as cream crackers) would be thoughtful, especially since I felt quite hungry after the long session. • The staff, Xin, was very friendly. I requested a shoulder massage on top on head massage included in the package , and she kindly tried to accommodate me. It would be even better if a proper shoulder massage were included as part of the package — some other places even provide shoulder and hand massages, which are much appreciated and truly needed.
