A very Baby unfriendly and OKU unfriendly mall.

The disabled parking is located near the entrance (level B2). However, there is only escalator access (no lift seen anywhere)

Similarly, families with babies n baby strollers will find it very challenging to access the mall, only via escalator, less alone dangerous. What happens if the baby falls off from the stroller while on the escalator!

The door entrance to the mall from the parking is a manual door (not automated) . Parent coming to shop with baby and baby stroller alone in the mall will not be able to handle the baby stroller and push / pull the door simultaneously. Again, another hazard. What if the door auto shuts by accident and hits the baby!

The lifts are all hidden somewhere in the corners of the mall at all levels, with very poor signage. There are 2 lifts somewhere in the middle of the mall, but always occupied with people. Thus, you need to wait at least 15 minutes with at least 5 lifts passing by before there is a space for you and your baby stroller /wheelchair.

The baby room is only located in every other floor. There are no direct toilet access in the baby changing room. What happens if the mother while feeding the baby, needs to take a piss? Does she push the baby out of the baby room and to the ladies toilet! I have never seen any mothers pushing their babies in the stroller while visiting the ladies in a mall.

It was overall a very unpleasant experience. I will never return to this mall. The management should seriously consider the above comments seriously. You may end up disabled yourself one day, or with a newborn child.. And then you will realise this comments make...

ICT Mall: A Mixed Experience As a frequent visitor to ICT Mall, I've always been impressed with the vibrant ambiance and diverse shopping activities it offers. The mall's layout is welcoming, with a variety of stores ranging from electronics to fashion, ensuring that every shopping trip is an exciting adventure. The presence of well-known brands like SOGO adds to the allure, providing a comprehensive shopping experience that caters to a wide array of tastes and preferences.

The weekend visit, however, revealed a significant downside to an otherwise enjoyable shopping destination: the state of the restroom facilities. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of appalling. When my 5-year-old needed to use the toilet, we were met with filthy conditions and an overpowering, unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, there was no tissue available, and shockingly, the water taps were locked, leaving us with no water.

Having spent nearly 3,000 MYR at SOGO that day, it was incredibly frustrating to encounter such unacceptable conditions in the mall's restrooms. The lack of basic hygiene facilities is a serious issue that needs immediate attention, as it severely impacts the overall shopping experience.

Until there is a noticeable improvement in the maintenance of the restroom facilities, I am reluctant to visit ICT Mall again, despite its appealing shopping options. I hope the management takes swift action to address these concerns, as they detract from an otherwise excellent shopping...

Stuck in the parking lot for one hour plus. no help from the management at all!!!! i was having an anxiety attack for being in a closed space for so long. tried to call the management but no response at all! at least please be responsible, no sorry or anything or any update from the management. had to wait for one hour plus, barulah dapat keluar from the parking lot. waste of my time, gas and all. please fix your management. think about all of the other people that is stuck in this worrying situation, i also have a baby in the car and was so worried that anything can happen. mind you, being stuck in a car for so long can cause carbon monoxide poisoning. we cant even get out from the car or turn off the AC as the heat in the parking lot is so bad, what are we supposed to do??? melt??? dont be selfish, dont think about kerugian on your side only. at least give an apology or something, this is a serious matter and shouldnt be taken lightly.

Even after finally being able to get out from the parking, we had to go through a frustrating traffic as everyone are getting out from the parking at the same time. again, waste of gas and time. issue an apology and be responsible for what has happened, be professional. dont stay silent and act like nothing is wrong. EVERYTHING IS WRONG...

Central Group Thailand offers reputable and excellent retail, services and products, it has become synonymous with trusted quality and excellence in Thailand, and continues to remain at the top of the marketplace in Thailand. Unfortunately they partnered with wrong party - iCity. Despite the mall has fancy trendy interior design, the workmanship of the mall is terrible and awful. I do not understand why would iCity allowed public to see how bad is the workmanship, I suppose icity would use the mall to attract the crowd and to promote their project. Last but not least, it's a mall but patrons make it like home instead, they to do whatever they want without taking care of others' feeling. Such as letting the kids run around in the restaurant, allowed the kids put the feet on the bench or chair with shoes on, even adult did the same thing.... The toilet was messy and wet, the cleaner was standing in the toilet, didn't do anything, it looked like he was waiting for it to become messier then only clean.... It's a world class mall but 3rd class mentality patrons.. sad to see this

Been to Central so many times as I live in Shah Alam, but today I received a shock and will never go there again. We were out riding our bicycles and wanted to stop for lunch. We approached the 1st Security Officer at the entrance to the car park and asked the proper place to leave our bikes. He told us that bicycles were not allowed. This seemed weird, so we went around to the front of the property and asked another Officer. He once again told us that bicycles were not allowed per senior management. We asked if we could just park with the motorcycles and he told us absolutely not. What a ridiculous policy this is. So after coming to this mall for more than 5 years, I'm never returning again. (Update 4/03/24. Management replied and said they will correct this policy which is great to hear. We don't need any special provisions, just please don't chase cyclists away. I'll revisit in a couple of months and if we are allowed on property, I'll happily delete my negative comments. Thank you for taking action)

The parking system in place is highly inefficient and frustrating. Upon entry, users are required to use their credit cards, yet when attempting to exit, the system often fails, resulting in long queues and traffic jams within the parking structure. The process of manually paying at the car park office, exacerbated by the singular functioning credit card machine, is time-consuming and inconvenient. Despite enduring an hour-long wait in the sweltering parking lot, patrons are still charged a nominal fee of RM3. The lack of adequate infrastructure, with only one credit card machine to address such issues, underscores the inefficiency of the system. Furthermore, the guidance provided by the guards at the exit point, advising individuals to wait rather than directing them to the car park office for manual payment, exacerbates the situation. This ordeal not only wastes valuable time but also reflects poorly on the management's commitment to providing a seamless parking experience for patrons.
