Very horrific experience,bought Central Walk Combo entries ticket online one day before visiting and find out very difficult to login their app to claim the ticket.During the visiting we ask the staff direction he didn't reply..we need order one more same ticket but the theme park ticket counter staff don't know what is that, after explaining a lot only direct the snow village etc inside the building besides the shopping..half way a checking counter we ask another staff direction she also don't know what is the Central Walk Combo entries ticket and point opposite direction outside the theme park,after show the online ticket she said inside the building next to her...We spend about 25minutes minutes to reach the snow village by walking from theme park ticket counter but the door is shut down no staffs available to serve..washroom next to it also lock..we go up to second floor to the circuit de monaco then only manage to get a staffs to help..washroom also not available..very very difficult to use this promotion tickets..must order one day before visiting.Finally we only visited the snow village the time limit is only 10 minutes even we entitle to visit the America bowl and circuit de Monaco due the operating hours is until 10.30pm only not 11pm as stated at I-...
