Review of Jungle Gym at iCity Centre Mall
I recently visited the Jungle Gym at iCity Mall, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Despite its popularity and seemingly good reputation, I found the facility to be severely overrated. Several issues contributed to a less than enjoyable visit.
First and foremost, safety is a major concern since number of kids vs the space vs the Jungle Team monitoring the kids. There is white silicone bits at almost every play area (kids can easy swallow it). The play area often feels overcrowded, making it difficult for children to play freely without bumping into one another. The lack of adequate supervision and crowd control adds to the risk of accidents and injuries. This overcrowding also means that children can't fully enjoy the equipment and activities as they are constantly competing for space.
Another significant issue is the no re-entry policy (only one time allow). The manager or the centre person incharge given an ridiculous excuses. This rule is incredibly inconvenient, especially for families with young children who may need frequent toilet breaks since the restroom in the centre is small vs the capicity of the crowds. Once you exit the facility, even if it’s just for a quick bathroom trip, you are not allowed to re-enter. This policy is both unreasonable and impractical, leading to a lot of frustration for parents and caregivers.
Considering the high entrance fee, one would expect a much higher standard of service and facility maintenance. Unfortunately, Jungle Gym at iCity Centre Mall falls short in delivering value for money. The combination of overcrowding, poor safety measures, and inconvenient policies makes it a less than ideal choice for a family outing.
Overall, my visit to Jungle Gym at iCity Mall was marked by disappointment and frustration. The facility does not live up to its reputation, and several critical issues need to be addressed to make it a safe and enjoyable place for children. I would not recommend this venue to other parents or caregivers looking for a fun and secure play area...
Read moreUPDATE: BOTH MY KIDS ARE NOW ON FEVER AND FLU. NEVER HAD THIS HAPPENED WHEN I VISITED OTHER JG BRANCH OR OTHER INDOOR PLAYGROUND.
PARENTS, AVOID THIS PLACE.
This Jungle Gym only allowed single entry. If the management has yet to conduct research on the cause and effect of single entry, let me break it down:
Parents drop their kids at such indoor playground so parents can do the necessary shopping while their kids can simultaneously play. Kids do not and cannot do shopping.
In between the shopping, parents should be able to go in and out the playground to check their kids. Tickets of RM10 should let them do so.
If parents cannot simultaneously do shopping while the kids are playing, parents will occupy the insufficient tables (and toilet) within the playground. This will affect parents with toddlers who need to be at the playground, as per the management’s own requirement.
Parents should not be allowed to book or reserve table / chair for the kids, unless they are having their break or meal.
Jungle Gym I-City is not big but the staff continue to accept visitors on weekends. While profit is important, health and safety should be the utmost priority. Too many kids within the playground is a hazard and if any sort of accident happens, it will be the occupiers liability for allowing such situation to occur.
Please conduct sanitisation at least 3-4 times daily, especially on weekends.
I have been to a lot of indoor playground, my fav is especially JG. Please take note of your visitors’s honest take.
Thank you.

1st of all I sangat terkejut dengan bad review that all parents commenting. I really tak sangka parents will giving that comments throughout their emotion towards what they see and want. Perents, can you imagine one day your kids read all the bad comments through this google?
I would like to say that my kids and I really enjoy being here. Walaupun ada yg tak boleh operate or anything I will find my own way to make my kids happy. Lots of things that really good rather than find the bad and comment.
About single entry, I personally mmg tak setuju but this is management order that all the staff need to follow, dont angry with them. I saw last time got I dad getting angry. For me, they have their own right to make any changes. Kalau nak pergi shopping or makan pergi lah dulu. Arrange your time. Malu lah depan anak2 awak, depan orang marah2. You and your family arrange la pergi shopping dulu, pergi toilet dulu then baru masuk. Bising buat apa?
Toilet also they have their own toilet, but not the best. But parents, what did you aspect? Playland toilet like 5 star toilet? You just want to pee and berak je. Bukannya mandi atau berendam dalam toilet. Next time pergi la toilet dulu buang semua then masuk. I feel very malu. They even do their best to make a toilet that actually easier for us to use, not to comment. Some more ada yg cakap tak cukup. Bersyukur la dari takde. Lol
About price also ada yg bising. Next time jangan la masuk, you do your own theme park for your kids. Lol.
Just my opinion and comment with no hate. But parents, if got any bad things to say just go through their managers. I meet the managers and talk about the comments on...
