The place has a very pleasant atmosphere, with uniquely decorated facilities, perfect for anything from a romantic date to a gathering with friends, or even if you prefer going solo. They offer a wide variety of liquors and snack foods like chips, quesadillas, and tacos, perfect for any occasion. It's worth noting that the place is very clean and impeccable. However, I must highlight the service I received, which was quite poor. From the beginning, I tried to find a spot at the bar but was told it was reserved. Then, I was directed to a room inside, only to be told again that it was reserved. When I ordered a beer, I had to go to the bar myself because there was little attention in the room I was directed to. The place does not have an appropriate dress code for entry, and I felt poorly treated for wearing sportswear. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and although I would have liked to enjoy another beer, I felt too uncomfortable with the attention from one of the waiters. La luz es un sitio de aspecto muy agradable, cuenta con instalaciones decoradas con un estilo único, el ambiente es perfecto para: desde una cita romántica hasta una reunión de amigos o si prefieres ir en solitario también es una buena opción, cuentan con una gran variedad de licores y comida tipo snacks como Chips, quesadillas y tacos, perfectos para acompañar la ocasión. Cabe resaltar que el lugar es muy aseado, impecable pero destaco la atención que tuvieron conmigo, no me sentí muy bien atendido, ya que desde el inicio busque algún lugar accesible en la barra y se me dijo que estaba reservado, luego me hicieron pasar a una sala adentro pero igual me volvieron a decir que estaba reservado, al momento de pedir una cerveza tuve que ir a la barra ya que en la sala a donde se me hizo pasar había poca atención, el lugar no dispone de un código de vestimenta apropiada para el ingreso y siento que se me trato muy mal por haber asistido en ropa deportiva. Por esto debo decir que el servicio al cliente para mí fue pésimo, me hubiera gustado disfrutar de otra cerveza pero realmente me sentí demasiado incómodo con la atención de uno se...

Last Friday I orginazed a night out at work, and choose this place as I heard only good thinks about it. There was no phone on google so I couldn't book a table. Google states bar opened at 6pm. We were there at 6:30 pm. The bar was closed. No note at the front door or in google. Nothing. We stay around hoping the bar will be open later. Nope. Not at 7. Or at 8. Or at 9.
