Worst customer service.

I was planning an event requiring thousands of dollars worth of wine.

I initially tried placing an order during buen fin and was strung along for three months. Every time I reached out, I was told they’d have my order ready later. When they finally sent me my invoice, they had eliminated any promotions (the only reason I was trying to place the order ahead of time).

Fast forward, I fly to cabo to purchase the wine that was needed in advance to ensure we would have what was needed. We weren’t certain what the final amounts would be but were told we could return any leftover with absolutely no problems so we went ahead with our purchase.

We are just leaving La europea now after trying to return the leftover wine we were promised we’d have no problem returning. There were in fact lots of problems. They failed to mention any conditions for returns except for refrigeration until after the sale. They would not accept the return because it was it was 35 days from purchase date. What we managed to return they will only refund on a gift card.

To top it all off the staff is incompetent and unknowledgeable. When asked for recommendations they just pointed to the highest ticket options.

Go buy a bottle or two, but do not support them for your high volume business. Go to Costco instead - they deliver, offer beer, and have good customer service.

this liquor store has a very knowledgeable staff in a wonderful variety of wines from everywhere around the world. Prices are good. Also has a deli with upscale accoutrement. I come here every time I go to Cabo. Only bad recommendation was a bottle of tequila that I did not like!! They always know great wines and great values. Also have sales. have a great selection of lines from argentina. Avoid the ones from the United States at all costs!! Way overpriced and horrible substandard quality. It's a great place to pick up all of your adult...

Muy mala experiencia en este lugar (en el servicio , puesto que la selección de productos es muy buena y la comida es de porciones generosas y buenos precios) Volviendo al servicio compramos una botella de vino para tomarla ahí con algunas botanas . Y el mesero muy forzadamente nos quiso atender en la terraza . Una vez nos llevó la comida y la botella no volvió más ..... Solo para llevarme la cuenta cabe aclarar que ellos cierran a las 6 pm detalle que no se nos informó al llegar llegamos 4:40 y la cuenta nos fue llevada 5:20 pm. Entiendo que cierran a las 6 pero aún así llevarnos la cuenta 40 minutos antes de la hora del cierre y sin preguntar si queríamos algo más me parece grosero. Por otro lado la cuenta llegó con el total escrito y los artículos a cobrar pero sin detalle de el costo de cada cosa que se pidió . Le indique al mesero que quería saber que se me estaba cobrando y me dijo que después de hacer el cargo en la tarjeta me traería el ticket detallado a lo que no accedí y le pedí me trajera el ticket desglosado. De mala gana fue a apuntar los precios y me lo trajo . (Se puede ver cómo los apunto con otra tinta) Aclaro no se me cobró ningún artículo de más ni se inflaron los precios . Pero se me hace ridículo que te cobran por sentarte en sus mesas 25 pesos por persona detallado el cargo como "costo" y más ridículo aún que te cobran descorche 52 pesos por una botella que estás comprando en su local . No son sumas elevadas sin embargo es algo absurdo que te hagan esos cargos . No recomiendo ese lugar al menos solo para comprar...
