Steakhouse — Restaurant in El Tezal

Food at dinner was great, took time.but was great. Julio was very rude to my party. I don't think Julio follow any of RIU expectations, not welcome person that made a gentleman in wheelchair feel very bad while was raining and windy in the outside of the restaurant while they were opening: the old gent was looking for a place out of the rain to then wait for a table whenever they're ready. Julio request him to leave the restaurant and that "by the door was not raining". That was not true as the wind was coming intro by the entrance area and was crowd and uncomfortable for him. He've paied a lot of money to travel from UK and be here with my family. Just unceptable behaviour...

Get there early or it will be a wait. Restaurant opens at 6:30, we got there at 6:40 and were put on the wait list and told it would be about an hour and 20 minutes. Once inside, you get both appetizers for your table to share and there are a variety of choices for dinner. I had the sirloin steak, medium well. It was a bit over cooked but still delicious.
