Worst service of all the restaurants on site. The other restaurants had waiting lists each night and the servers were fabulous. This restaurant was at least half empty. For a Mexican restaurant on the beach in Mexico it should have been a red flag for us to go elsewhere. We were a large group staying at the resort for a wedding and were celebrating the bride that night. We had informed the restaurant ahead of our stay and confirmed a 6pm reservation but when we arrived a few minutes early they informed us it had been canceled because it was at 5:30. We showed them our email confirmation and they grudgingly agreed to take us but made the rest of the night as difficult for us as possible. Suddenly we had a Prix fixe menu that was never discussed or communicated until girls (including vegetarians) tried to order different entrees and they informed us everyone was getting soup (on a 90 degree day on the beach) and barbacoa tacos. We were put at 2 tables and the other table had a great server. When they were receiving dessert we hadn’t seen our server, who maybe had 2 other tables, for at least 45 minutes. I finally got the attention of one of the hostess and asked if he could come by so we could ask about the dessert and get more water and drinks. By the time he finally showed up with a tray of desserts we had decided to go to the buffet for water and dessert and were leaving the restaurant. I was sick the next morning....

Sieht leider nicht so schön aus wie man meinen könnte, der Ort hat deutlich mehr Potential, Mittags hauptsächlich Fast Food aber auch Obst.

Das Restaurant hat auch nicht jeden Tag (abends) geöffnet. Die Zoiletten riechen etwas streng, andere Toiletten (bei der Beach Bar) sind deutlich sauberer und nicht so eng.

Personal ist wie überall im Resort sehr...
