You can watch the whole city from here and have an amazing view of Banderas Bay. Prepare to have the workout of your life. There is a lift that doesn't work so there is like a thousand steps to get to the top but the view is totally worth it. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the atrocity the government did blocking the entire view. Before this was a local thing to do and some adventurous tourist.
