The tickets for Puerto Vallarta Pirate ship were an OK deal, but we were lead to believe the taxi to the marina would be paid for. The man told us to be there for 5:45pm (he even wrote it down). Got to the marina at 5.35 and he said the lady who was going to pay for our cab left (not sure what lady he was talking about, as he had told us he would be meeting us at the gate). He said we were late, and refused to cover the cost. We asked what time she was there at, and I offered to pick the ticket with the time he wrote down out of the garbage. He ignored us, slithered away across the parking lot, and left. No apology. If he would have been upfront about the taxi, instead of lying to sell us on the tickets, we wouldn't have minded paying, but we were caught off guard and barely had enough pesos to pay...

I love everything about this little place. it is hidden but was very happy to have found it. I love my culture and love visiting Puerto Vallarta. I love how reasonably priced everything is. The hand made art is really pretty. The people are so nice...
