I would not recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a professional event. My experience here was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Communication was absolutely terrible. In the lead-up to the concert, it was a struggle to get clear answers or timely responses. I was constantly chasing the team for updates and information, which made planning unnecessarily stressful.
To make matters worse, one of the staff members changed the status of the event to sold out when it wasn't. This directly impacted ticket sales and meant that potential attendees were turned away unnecessarily — a huge loss for me as the organizer and incredibly frustrating for those who wanted to come but were misinformed.
After the event, it took over a month to receive payment so I could pay the musicians. I had to repeatedly follow up again and again just to get paid what I was owed.
I raised these issues with the manager in hopes of some accountability or at least better communication moving forward — only to be completely ignored again post-event by the manager. The same lack of professionalism and disregard for communication continued even after I'd voiced my concerns to him.
Overall, this venue made what should have been a positive and exciting experience into a stressful and disappointing one. I won’t be returning and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before...

I brought my own lunch sat at a picnic table and enjoyed the scenery. Lots of cats so keep the...
