My first time visiting Cabo and notice there was a hike near the city so I decided to go there. I looked up reviews and tips regarding this hike. We uber to a specific location called Villa Dorada 514 and from there we started the hike. It has a pave sandy road that you just follow to the very top there are red gates but looks like people don't respect the gates and just go around it. The hike was decent a good excerise upward and took about 15mins to go up top. Once you reach the top the view is amazing! You can see everything and the crescent shaped view of Cabo! Read moreTIP: If you park your car behind 'Villa Dorada', and are reasonably fit, you can hike up this hill in about 15 minutes. Leave yourself enough time to watch the sun set.
Some parts are quite steep, but don't let that put you off - it's definitely worth the hike to see some amazing views of Cabo.
It's a poorly maintained bitumen/asphalt road, so wear decent shoes (not thongs/flip flops). And once at the top, there's a few dirt paths to explore for even more...
Read moreNice 1.5mi incline up the hill to the greatest panoramic view of Cabo San Lucas. I would access it via the large streets Calle San Miguel Herrera and Calle Lerry. Pedregal is the "Bev Hills" of Cabo apparently, so you truly get a view of everything. Gorgeous view, I'm sure even better at sunrise and sunset. Zero shade at all, so come prepared for major heat. Did the 30min walk uphill solo and it was no problem, 90% paved with some parts on gravel. Best...
