Amazing bachelorette experience thanks to Omar and crew!! We were fully taken care of from start to finish and I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity at this beautiful location. They did an amazing job accommodating everything all 32 of us needed-all while making us feel very safe and at home.

**AS FOR THE ONE STAR REVIEW FROM “LOCALS” - I sincerely apologize that you all lost sleep a couple nights in what is likely your second home. I will fully admit that I was one of the ones partaking in the rave lasting until 5am and gosh it was exactly the vacation party all of us hard working women were looking for.

Now, I understand Omar and the owner have created a new rule of no ragers past 11pm, and I hope you can give them grace and understanding while they shift to accommodate you. (someone not contributing to success at the whole-tel whatsoever) as this is their livelihood. First of all, gotta give it up for our man OMAR, the host who did the MOST. 👏

From the moment til we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and accommodated. Anything we needed, he was on it graciously and swiftly - whether it was stocking up on groceries and liquor for the outdoor kitchen/bar, a drive down the street to the ATM, setting us up with tickets and shuttles for an excursion, you name it.

Often, we wouldn’t even have to ask, and he’d be 2 steps ahead of us anticipating our needs, like grabbing extra towels for us while we all swam in the pool. Omar didn’t miss.

As for the rest of the place, it was perfect for our group of 30. The common areas like the pool, hot tub, and rooftop lounge area were such a vibe that I happily spent full days relaxing there without a second thought. The breakfast cooked for us every morning was always delicious. The view of the mountains, city, and sea in the distance were perfect.

Highly recommend this place for a group vacation. While there’s still a little work to be done to make the room accommodations themselves perfect, you won’t regret staying here...

I had an amazing experience staying at Whole-tel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in a perfectly safe neighborhood with a great location. The manager, Omar, was exceptional in providing excellent customer service and making sure that all of our needs were met during our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. Carlos was always so friendly and welcoming and even went out of his way to provide us with aloe vera when we were sunburned. His kindness and attentiveness really made our stay more enjoyable. The place itself is also top-notch, with clean, comfortable and spacious rooms and great amenities. I was truly impressed with the quality of the facilities and the attention to detail that the staff put into everything they do. Overall, I can't say enough great things about Whole-tel and the amazing staff who work there.
