Pure Cabo — Local services in Pedregal

Based on the reply from them below and saying I had a pathetic oversight…. I have added a photo of what they say is included in the VIP service. Part of the photo shows that on their website is says “Don’t want to wait in the long customs line? Need to expedite through the airport quickly?”

Not sure why the first line saying don’t want to wait in long customs lines is there when they don’t provide it. So maybe it’s whoever does their website that messed up. But as you can see from the professionalism on their reply, probably not someone I would ever work with in the future. Just like my parents always told me, when someone gets defensive like that, they are probably in the wrong!

He also had to comment on the times it is busy. Just to clarify we landed a little after 1pm. So we were right in the “busy” time.

I could give 0 stars I would. This is based on the VIP concierge service. They did meet us at our gate and just walked us to immigration which had zero lines and we came during spring break, so I imagine the lines are even less at other times. We walked right through and truly didn’t need any expediting. They waited with us for our bags but we didn’t get water or anything.

Then going through customs they can’t do anything so that’s the line we had to wait in. Which would have been the most beneficial to have a VIP service.

We paid $500 for 2 people and honestly I don’t even think it was worth $100. It was a complete waste of money and I even emailed them stating my frustrations and they basically said they did their job and they wouldn’t refund anything.

I'm literally always feeling worried about being taken advantage of. But you should not worry about this place. They were extremely professional and kind to me. I immediately received a email confirmation with all my rental information. I arrived at the wrong location and one of the Pure Cabo staff was so kind to drive us to the correct location, and made sure our scooter's we're ready. We had a lot of fun driving around. We stopped by a beach restaurant were we could see the scooters, and it was easy to find parking with them. I wouldn't leave them unattended though. There was a deposit hold for the rental, they immediately released it after I returned the scooters. Every bank is different but for me by the next day it was back on my account. Do NOT trust these people for any rides to/from your hotel. When you book online you have to give the exact address of your hotel, and the driver at the airport dropped us off there no problem. Now on our return, they mixed up the locations (there are two locations with the same name, one in San Jose and one in Cabo) and they claim that I booked for the one in San Jose and don’t want to refund me or pick me up where they dropped me off.
