Do not come to this casino. It is a complete scam. They have a first time player package in which you pay 3000 for “one time chips” and few beverage coupons and horrible buffet. What they don’t tell you that these one time chips don’t give you any winnings. All games have weird rules for first timers for eg in one roulette table you can only bet on red colors, 1-18 and even. And in other table you can bet in black colors, 19-36 and odd!! No casino has such obnoxious rules. When we pointed this out to management and asked for refund because we weren’t told of these rules. Extremely disappointed with the venue, game choices, customer service and food quality. This is the worst casino I have ever been to and should be avoided like a plague. There are only a handful number of table games and slot machines. Entry fees cost NRS 3000. Employees in the game floor were not helpful, outright rude and were openly mocking customers in the native language. Restaurant is located in the 2nd floor but they do not advertise or let customers know about it. They didn’t offer any food or snacks in the game floor. Restaurant employees were awesome.
