TERTIUS COLLECTION — Attraction in Amsterdam

We will never buy from this outlet TERTIUS OBJECTS D’ ART ever again, absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced. We were very excited with our choices and paid for them in full (€16,000) and asked that they be sent to our homeland. Once we had parted with our money things started to go downhill from there. The shipping agent was TERTIUS OBJECTS D’ART’S choice, as they were paying the freight. The owner TERTIUS blamed everybody bar himself for the comedy of eras. After a ridiculous amount of excuses, personal issues, incorrect or incomplete information given to the shipping agent ,copius amount of phone calls made by us to the shipping agents, plus extra costs paid by us we received our goods. Two of the items were broken !! After all the problems and not hearing a word from anybody at TERTIUS OBJECTS D’ART, we rang TERTIUS and advised him our goods had arrived (if at all he was intereste) with two of them broken!!! The owner responded by email saying he was sorry we were upset and that was it!!!!! These items were one off pieces ( we were told by TERTIUS) and that we would receive supporting documents outlining who the artist was and detailed descriptions. We received one and are still waiting for the...

OUTSTANDING SERVICE & EXCELLENT PRODUCTS

We had ordered a beautiful desk lamp and Tertius received information from their supplier that it was in stock. We expected delivery within a few days. It turned out that was not the case, which was no fault of Tertius'. To remedy the situation, Tertius kindly recommended us similar desk lamps. In fact, we fell in love with one which was more expensive than the first one. We decided to order it and the lamp was delivered promptly without delay. Although we, of course, were willing to pay the extra charge for a more elaborate lamp than the one we first chose, Tertius - generously - offered us the more expensive lamp for the same price as the one we first had found. And this without us even asking for it!

I cannot recall when we received this kind of FANTASTIC SERVICE from any boutique or supplier. They really went out of their way to satisfy their customer. We are most impressed and would warmly like to recommend Tertius to all friends and readers. 💝

I fell in love with these unique and stunning glasses last year on a trip to Amsterdam and have been wanting them ever since…and the team at Tertius made it so easy for me to get them. And all the way in NYC!! They packaged them so thoughtfully in a wooden crate and shipped it all the way from Amsterdam. And it came so quickly too. I am soooo excited about this. They are absolutely gorgeous and the customer service is a 100/10. Amazing people and products. I can’t say enough great things about them. Definitely trust them with shipping anything you may want — near or far. They will get it done for you with a smile. And their collection is one of the best I’ve ever seen.
