A terrible experience, DO NOT SHOP HERE
Scammers. We bought several items and noticed that some were missing buttons, so we asked if something could be done. While we were talking to an employee (a blonde girl with dreadlocks), she took an item we had set aside and charged us for it without our consent. When we checked the receipt and pointed it out, she said she couldn’t do anything and told us to come back the next day to speak with the manager.
When we returned, the manager admitted that the employee had entered the wrong cash register codes and charged the item under a different reference. Although the price was the same, they refused to give us a refund. To make things worse, we later realized they hadn’t removed a security tag from one of the items, so we had to go back again. Instead of helping us, the same employee scolded us and blamed us for the mistake, offering no solution or apology.
This was the worst experience we’ve had in the Netherlands. Awful customer service, no accountability, and zero kindness. I wouldn’t recommend this...

Check the seams and you will see they were never worn, but they were made in sweatshops from China and other South Asian countries like Thailand, Indonesia. And, the price of these knock-off vintage goods are still high for their qualities and they have no stories to be had.
Why bother shopping in the vintage store to get a poorly made new product?
I think I had a better luck in Waterlooplein an outdoor vintage flea market, with vendors selling mostly local European, or Eastern European of past decades. Not many of knock-off...
Read moreI recalled an extremely uncomfortable and humiliating experience at this store, one that has left me feeling sick every time I pass by it. I browsed around the store but didn't find anything I liked. When I was leaving, the salesperson at the door asked me to open my small carry-on bag for inspection. My bag was very small, so I opened it and showed it to her. Only after she checked it was fine was I allowed to leave. Having recently arrived in the Netherlands and never encountered such a situation before, I didn't realize how egregious and discriminatory this behavior was. Later, when I realized it, I regretted not responding appropriately, and it left a...
