Tim Cantor Galleries B.V. — Attraction in Amsterdam

Visiting Tim Cantor's gallery in Amsterdam last week was our second visit to one of Tim's art galleries, having visited the one in San Diego a couple of years ago. All I can say is, WOW! You have never experienced any other art like Tim Cantor's paintings, and I highly recommend a visit. Several of his works are on display in the gallery, and you can just stand there looking, losing yourself as you fall through the window into the world Tim has created in his paintings. I've never seen anything else like it. Tim's wife, Amy, is often in the gallery -- she is a lovely person and such a friendly hostess, always happy to share the story of the pieces on display. Thank you, Amy, for being so gracious and welcoming on each of our visits.

If you can't afford one of Tim's paintings, never fear -- they have exhibition catalogues and also a large volume with several of Tim's works for sale at very affordable prices, so you can easily take a little of the magic home with you. I couldn't believe my luck when I accidentally stumbled upon the this Gallery while rushing to work one morning. This place is an absolute treasure trove of unbelievable beauty! The oil paintings on display are simply mesmerizing, and I was in awe to learn that Tim Cantor is a self-taught artist, creating such breathtaking masterpieces.

But it's not just the art that left me speechless; the warm and friendly host in the gallery made me feel like a VIP! She took the time to share fascinating insights about Tim Cantor's work, and I was amazed to know that he's also done art direction and created an album cover for the rock band Imagine Dragons.

I was so captivated by the experience that I knew I had to return on my next day off to explore every inch of this enchanting...

I was lucky to be able to make a trip to Amsterdam from the US before the travel shutdown. The trip absolutely would not have been complete without my visit to the amazing Tim Cantor Gallery! To see his art up close and personal was such a treat. The colors...the detail...the emotion that pours out of each piece has stayed with me.
