Too bad the minimum of star is one because they don’t deserve any.. There’s so many nice restaurants in Amsterdam to waste your time and money here!! Quiet restaurant when we walked in, the waitress saw us and completely ignored us. Then she came in and just pointed a table without giving out menus. Be warned, no table water at this restaurant.. so if you want some, you’ll need to pay an extra 5.20€! Waitress was having her diner on between serving customers in front of everyone without washing her hands before going back on the floor...NO HYGIENE !! We had some pasta and a pizza; the pizza was okay for the price but the pasta was just awful. The waitress didn’t even asked how was the food just took it away and didn’t care about what I had to say.. such a shame. We won’t be coming...

Went here on a recent trip to Amsterdam. Our waitress (I was under the influence so forgot to ask her name) literally could not have done enough for us. There was 7 of us and she catered to everyone needs and wants. She even helped us with directions on how to get back to Zaandam after the trains weren't running. To top the night off after our amazing food we had a performance from a lady that literally walked in with her little guitar and funny hat and literally blew us away with her singing. Even the waitress said it had brightened up her Sunday night. Obviously this doesn't happen every night but it definitely made our night even better after the amazing food and service we had just received. If your in dam and fancy some really tasty food and amazing service get...

If at all possible, try avoid this restaurant. The service and quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. Firstly, it took over 20 minutes for order to be taken. Once the food arrived, two orders were incomplete (ordered chips but they did not come) and one dish did not arrive at all. After numerous inquiries and 20 minutes after all others had finished their meal, the last dish arrived and the chips did not come at all. The staff member did not appear concerned and seemed frankly incompetent. The quality of the food did not make up for the poor service. The senior staff member showed a blatant lack of care once I raised my concerns. Very poor...
