Last Sunday, we stopped by around 20:40 (checked on my bank now) and ordered a bottle of Prosecco at the bar with 4 glasses. Paid 24 Euros, got it in a cooler and went out with 4 glasses, sat down, opened the bottle, poured in the first glass, it was with no colour nor bubbles. When we smelled it, shockingly it was water, definitely smelling toilet, we almost vomited. All 4 of us went back in, told the bartender about this, they took the glass and 3 bartender smelled it one after another, then do you know what they said? It is a water and smelling just fine! What??? 1st, it is not supposed to be water, its a freakin Prosecco! 2nd, it smells disgustingly shit, probably water from the toilet or whatever. Then she said she can give us a new bottle, we said no thank you, refund and we want to leave! To top it all off, the staff didn't even follow up on the dessert menu, leaving us feeling ignored and undervalued as customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I will certainly not...
