It’s easy to give a business a good review when things go well, but a true test of customer service is how they react when things go wrong: 8 months of having our boat on the hard at Bobby’s was fine. During the launch they had some issues with the crane’s rigging interfering with our catamaran’s standing rigging. The foreman stopped the job and both the supervisor and owner were called out to assess the situation. They worked together to come up with a new plan that was significantly more work for them but was safer for our boat. Bobby was very apologetic for the delay, and gave us his word the boat would be launched safely. They took great care of us and our boat, even though there are boats in their yard that are worth 20x as much as ours. Great service....

While I was waiting to pay the ticket for over 5 minutes the time went up to 8:03 and they charge us an additional hour.
