My favourite coffeeshop menu in The Hague. Picked up some Strawberry Banana flower and some Louis Vuitton and Kosher Kush Wifi block hashes and all three were a killer smoke. Nice premises and very friendly and professional staff too, really couldn’t fault it. Didn’t get a chance to go in their bar as I visited on a Monday when they’re shut.

Frequented this place daily and had a great time. I found the staff to be super welcoming and friendly. They took really good care of me while I was there and introduced me to some local friends. This made my time in The Hague so much better and fun! Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town. Would HIGHLY recommend 😉

A couple years ago I used to really not like the store especially during Corona, since the weed is a bit overpriced and in lots of ways more aimed at tourists than other shops. But now that the bar is open again, it's by far the best coffeeshop in Den Haag/Rotterdam. You can smoke and drink inside, the bar is amazing, the staff is extremely cool, chill and friendly. Especially the 1 tall blonde guy was so cool. Beer prices are a bit high too, but you get papers/grinders given for free so that's OK.

On 4/20 they gave out free joints, edibles, grinders and stuff and that was so cool, even the staff was smoking up. Definitely the only coffeeshop I'll go to the next time in Den Haag. There are shops that have better weed/price ratio, but none have an atmosphere like Cremers. The menu you see on lots of google pics is also very outdated, they have a completely new menu and lots of good Cali or Canada-strains.

edit: The owner replied to this but sorry, it's not true. In other smaller shops outside of the city center you can get amazing AAA quality weed for often less than 15€ per gram, in Cremers you mostly pay upwards of 20-25€ for the best cali weed. As I said, I love Cremers but you definitely do pay a price for the atmosphere. Locals also told me that Cremers is pretty much the...

Got served twice by the chubby lady with bright pink hair and both times she managed to be rude and dismissive. She literally has no customer service skills yet for some reason she is employed to serve customers in this otherwise great little coffee shop. Genuinely confused why someone who barely smiles, seems utterly impatient when you're choosing your order and then will roll her eyes and make the loudest, rudest sigh when you realize you may have mixed up a few things, is behind this shops serving desk? I refuse to be served by her now anytime i go in because she is literally the worst service employee i've ever had the misfortune of interacting with. She should only be allowed to stock the shelves, in the cellar downstairs, far away from other humans as a dark isolated environment is the only place she would truly thrive in. Please give her the necessary training on the proper way to interact with customers as in my opinion she is blissfully ignorant of even the most basic knowledge. I will update this post once i find out this...

Originally I had a 5-star review here from 3 years ago. I used to recommend this as the best spot in the Hague to anyone, visiting or otherwise, whether for drinking or smoking or both. This is no longer true. For 6 years it was my one and only home in the city, my absolute favourite place; but now I would not suggest it to any person, especially new people or visitors. The welcoming atmosphere inside is gone and people are harassed by staff inside, and embarrassing comments made by employees about how badly they are (supposedly?) doing financially increases how awkward the encounters are.

I love the budtenders and the weed still, and I have never known the owner to be bad in any way either (a friendly and cool guy), but sadly there is no justifying the new behaviour of bar staff/management by supporting the business anymore, even through buying weed. An extremely disappointing end of my time coming here, sometimes 5 times a week in the past. Better to go elsewhere, or even nowhere, than be treated...
