I have been shopping here for 8 months. It is the closest supermarket to my house. I do infact have a zero alcohol licence because of a bad mistake in june 2014. I was informed the other day by a staff member that their boss will no longer allow alcohol to be sold to people on my licence. That is completely unprofessional and frankly discriminatory. Iam aware that you do not sell to the intoxicated but i was merely purchacing as i offen do at this store. I have paid my legal dues, i lost my licence for over a year, paid $1500 fine, they took and sold my car that i had bought months earlier. I had to have medical exams, i had to see several people, one which violated and abused me. I did a course. I resat my written and practical exams for which i had to repay for. I carry a humiliating pink licence and all of that is damn well fair!!! Iam years older and do not do such things anymore. You are not the law and have no right to refuse to sell to someone whose had their legal punishment. I will not be spending any of my money at your store again. Thanks for the way you made me feel. Honestly grow up and don't throw your weight around because your a supermarket manager, it's wrong and...
Read moreThis is my local for what I need in a hurry. It's also my regular go to on a Thursday night after work. Why you may ask??? Lorna in the service deli gives the best customer service everytime. She actually takes the time to get to know her "regulars" and remembers conversations had previously. She is an asset!!! The Thursday night crew at checkouts are second to none,. Nothing is ever a problem no matter how many times I muck up the self service kiosk. They are friendly and are helpful. Smiles (the security guard) although he wears a mask you can tell he is smiling is always cheerful and happy to lend a hand. There are others I deal with on an irregular basis during the week but they again don't let me down. Great crew who deserve overdue recognition. Thanks team, appreciate you and your customer...
