If there is 0 stars i will rate it 0. Very rude supervisor Fiona, who accused us that we came with another group of young adults and refuse to sell us the alcohol because they are unable to show their passport.
While we are checking out, Fiona came over and asked if we know them(pointing to our back), as our parents just when that direction, we tot they are referring to them so we said yes. So she said she cannot sell us the alcohol because they (the young adults) are unable to present their passports while checking out. So we said nicely that we doesnt know them. She then said we had just admitted knowing them. So we said that we tot she is referring to our parents who just walked off. Instead of finding out and making the situation clear, Fiona just insist that we are lying and refuse to sell us the alcohol or hear our truth. The group of young adults also came forward and said that we are different groups but Fiona just insist we are. And said that someone told them we came into the store together. We told them to refer to the cctv as we did not came in tgr. But she just gave a bad attitude as if we are criminals.
Very bad attitude. Rude. And doesnt listen to truth. Lazy and didnt even want to find out the truth and insist on what she thought only.
Manager came out and said he will investigate and allow us to purchase the alcohol. But well, totally embarass us in front of other shoppers. Probably cause we are asian.
BE CAREFUL, if you are asian. Cause they will try all they can to embarass you and refuse to treat u with respect. Go other Pak’nSave if you are tourist....
Read moreThis is my local and I'm usually pretty happy with service but I've been overcharged multiple times through operator error charging twice for one item, charging the wrong price etc but after today I've had enough, I was still charged over ten dollars when I asked to return something. There were two staff present one was the shift manager but it wasn't picked up on. I've contacted asking for a refund, or I'll be taking it further. Other then that they have cheap shelf items but they sometimes have poor quality fruit and veges, meat and bread products. They may pass the savings onto us but that's because they skimp on quality!! They sell tag 2&3 fruit and veges which means they buy cheap products they aren't very fresh. Countdown sells tag 1&2. Some of the meat is also not to good! I bought some rump steak and it went brown overnight in my fridge! I was very disappointed. I only buy meat that has been packed that day and I always inspect it, as they will sell something 1 day before expiry! Cheeky! Also the bread products go mouldy to quickly. Check the quality and your receipts for errors before leaving the store people! It happens all the time, I wonder how much they make from charging errors!

Read moreAbsolutely terrible service from the duty manager(s?) John and Tom today with no accountability for their actions. Yesterday I requested a raincheck on a product that was on sale but out of stock (I'd also tried ordering it online with no luck), but John refused, telling me they were getting more stock today. He assured me it'd be in, but said I could call in the morning to make sure the stock had arrived (because I'm injured so driving is difficult at the moment). I called at 2:30pm and to see if the stock was there. Tom told me it was (after speaking to John) and said they'd put the product aside for me and (since I cannot get it off the shelf with my injury). I went into the store at 4pm to pick up my order only to be given smaller, not on sale, items because they didn't receive the bigger items. I asked John if I'd get them for the sale price of the larger item I wanted and had been assured was in stock. Nope! Mine you, I'd written my phone number down, with the items I wanted, the day before, at John's request, so they could've called me and let me know, but they didn't.
