Pros: Spacious and tidy, reasonably priced produce section, fresh!

Cons: Insufficient parking, expensive instant noodles leading to frequent clearance items; customers need to pack their own groceries, and older male staff members are particularly rude and impatient.

I must be out of my mind to step into this unfriendly Korean supermarket. The older male staff member at the checkout, dressed in gray-black clothing, seems to carry outdated traditional views while living in New Zealand. At checkout, there were no greetings, no smiles, and he didn’t help with packing. I only asked a question and his body language looked annoyed and his tone was impatient.

He clearly doesn’t take pride in his work, which explains the lack of a friendly service attitude. Arrogance, irritability, and impatience… that’s the experience I had while spending money to support...

3 stars for large variety of authentic Asian ingredients,3 star for cleanliness and tidyness,3 star for there large array of cooking wares and plentiful staffing..but that's where the 3 stars stops. 1 star for very limited parking, customer service and feeling unwelcome, I'm maori and when me and my children entered this store we where hawked and followed throughout our entire visit.very rude staring and instantly profiled as a thief trying to steal. We were constantly looked up and down by multiple staff as if we were in the wrong shop, We will NEVER ever return or support this business again. I felt much better hospitality and received way better customer service from the Asian grocery store with butchery called T Mark,literally 2 mins walk...

I recently visited this store again after several months. Everything is well organised now, and the staff were all very friendly. I think the man who used to be unfriendly is no longer around. In the past, I used to walk away because the store felt messy and unwelcoming, but now I think I will come here more often to buy food. However, unlike other grocery stores, this doesn’t have numbered aisle signs or panels indicating what products are in each aisle, which is quite inconvenient.
