Everything looks pretty amazing. Glancing at others plates as I walk through, they're not all particularly health conscious (ie some pretty oily items). Yes you can dine in. Probably best to get your food as takeaway though. Most of their packaging looks to be eco friendly/biodegradable. Some dishes like curry still come in plastic (plastic is amazing). I'm gluten free (not coeliac, ok w some cross contamination), and I was able to ask the woman at the Thai place to help me with my dish making it gluten free for me. I had a Dumpling Soup from The Grill, Korean food stall and it was amazing, the broth is full of flavour, fresh veg and the dumpling were huge and delicious! My wife had one dollar sushi and was not disappointed. We also got three spring rolls from the Thai place and they were huge, a little oily but super crispy and tasty.
